✶ TERMS OF SERVICE ✶

✶ After we agree upon the price and subject matter, I will ask you to send me the first half of the payment before I begin work on the art. After that, I will work on a sketch and get your approval. Once approved, I will request the second half of the payment before proceeding to finish. Small changes at the sketch stage are free, but more complex changes may increase the price. After I am finished, I will send you the HD version of the finished product.

✶ Please keep in mind that things such as complex character designs or detailed wardrobes may increase the price. I will let you know of this price adjustment and get your approval before I begin work.

✶ If I mess something up with your art, please message me privately about it and please be polite about it! I promise it was not on purpose! If you are mean to me or insult my work, you will be blocked and will not recieve a refund. I have the right to a safe working environment like anyone else.

✶ After our transaction is over, the art is yours for personal use only, so long as my signature/credit stays intact. My work, commissioned or otherwise, may not be used for NFTs, marketing, advertisement, stickers, shirts, other merch, or otherwise for any kind of profit.

✶Under NO circumstances will it EVER be permissible to use my work to train AI models or to feed my art into a generative AI program to "improve" it.

✶ WHAT'S THIS THING? ✶

You might be wondering what this weird green thing staring at you in the upper corner of the page is. Well, that's Sum, my mascot for my art and online presence! I created it in 2019, based on some dumb dinosaur pajama onesie I had as a kid, and it slowly became a personification of all of my existential anxiety. They existed only in the second dimension up until 2025, and my good friend Cephri helped me a ton with the model.
